All you have to do is send the items in their original packaging, unused and with the tags intact, using the return label available online. Once the return is verified at the warehouse, LEGO will refund the amount to the same payment method you originally used. The process can take up to 14 business days.

How to use a LEGO discount code:

Browse the LEGO web store and add everything you want to your shopping cart. When you’re finished shopping, click on the “Cart” icon to review your order. If everything is in order, continue to checkout. On the checkout page, look for the “Add a LEGO Isiders promo code/ discount code” section. Enter the discount code manually or paste it exactly into the dedicated field, then click on “Apply”. The total value of your order will be automatically updated and the discount will be applied to the original price of the products.
