Why isn’t my ABOUT YOU discount code working?

If the code you entered does not work, there are a few common reasons:

• The code has expired.
• You haven’t reached the minimum order value (for example, some codes are only valid for orders over a certain amount).
• The code is only valid for certain products or categories.
• You’ve already used it (some are only valid once per customer).

Check the terms and conditions associated with the code or try a different one.

Can I use multiple discount codes in a single order?

Unfortunately, no. ABOUT YOU allows the use of only one promotional code per order. So choose the one that gives you the best discount for your current cart.

Where can I find the latest ABOUT YOU promo codes?

You can find them directly on the ABOUT YOU website in the promotions sections, or if you subscribe to their newsletter – they sometimes send exclusive codes to subscribers. There are also verified coupon sites like Promocode.ac or Retailmenot, which publish updated codes.

Do the codes also apply to already discounted products?

It depends on the code. Some codes only apply to full-price products, while others may offer an additional discount on top of the existing ones. Make sure you read the specific terms of the code – it clearly states what is and is not eligible.

Do I get a discount code if I subscribe to the newsletter?

Yes! Generally, ABOUT YOU offers a 10-15% discount code for new newsletter subscribers. After you register with your email address, you will receive a confirmation message in your inbox. Keep an eye on that email, because there you will find the discount code valid for your first order.
