Payment options on Barcelo.com:

You can pay for your reservation on Barcelo.com using a credit or debit card from major providers such as Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. In most cases, full payment is required at the time of booking, particularly for vacation packages or non-refundable rates. Occasionally, the hotel may perform a pre-authorization or symbolic charge (such as €1) to verify your payment method before your stay begins.

Cancelling your booking:

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan and the specific hotel you select. In general, bookings can be cancelled up to two days before arrival, with a small processing fee (typically €5 or $5, depending on the region). For cancellations made less than two days before check-in, or in the event of a no-show, penalties may apply — often up to 50% of the total amount, or the cost of the first night. You can cancel or modify your reservation directly on Barcelo.com via the “My bookings” section, through the Barceló app, or by contacting Customer Support.

Refund policy:

If a deposit was collected prior to your arrival, the hotel that received it will also issue any applicable refund. The timing of refunds may vary by property, but typically the process can take up to 30 days. For exact details regarding the status of your refund, it’s best to reach out directly to the hotel where your reservation was made.

Barcelo Promo Codes & Smart Booking Tips

Does Barcelo offer promo codes?

Yes, Barcelo frequently offers promotional codes that offer additional discounts on hotel bookings. These codes can be often found on the official website Barcelo.com, in special sales campaigns like Happy Days, Blue Monday, or summer promotions. You can also find them in the Barceló newsletter, through the my Barceló loyalty program, or on trusted third-party coupon websites.

Is there an active Barcelo promo code?

Yes, during promotional periods, you can find active Barcelo promo codes directly on Barcelo.com. For example, members of the my Barceló program often receive exclusive codes, which can be applied on top of existing discounts. To use a code, simply enter it in the “Promotional code” field when booking your stay on the website. You can find below a detailed guide on how to successfully apply a promotional code on Barcelo.com.

How much can I save using a Barcelo promo code?

The savings from a Barcelo promotional code vary by campaign. Typically, discounts range between 5% and 25%, but during major sales events like Happy Days or Cyber Week, total discounts can reach up to 40%, especially when combined with loyalty member benefits.

How can I save more when booking online at Barcelo.com?

To boost your savings, consider booking early, choosing flexible dates, and registering for the my Barceló loyalty program, which offers members exclusive discounts and early access to promotions and deals. Booking directly on Barcelo.com also guarantees the best available rates and access to limited-time offers.

Can I stack Barceló promo codes with other offers?

Yes, Barceló allows combining certain deals—for example, the “Happy Days” promotion offers up to 40% off, and my Barceló members can apply an extra 10% discount on top of that. Similarly, seasonal promotions like the “Blue Monday” offer may also be stackable with membership benefits — though availability is limited and depends on each campaign barcelo.com. Always check the Terms & Conditions of each promotion on Barcelo.com to confirm whether combining codes or offers is allowed.
