Payment methods available on Etsy:

Etsy accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Etsy Gift Cards, and Klarna (in select regions). In some countries, local alternatives such as iDEAL or Sofort are also supported.

Shipping options and delivery fees on Etsy:

On Etsy.com ,shipping fees and delivery times depend on the individual seller and the destination of your order. Many sellers offer free shipping, but where applicable, costs are clearly listed on the product page and calculated at checkout. Delivery time is based on the seller’s processing schedule and the chosen shipping method—check the estimated delivery date before placing your order.

Returns and refunds on Etsy:

Return policies on Etsy are set by each seller, so conditions may vary. However, most sellers allow returns within 14 days, especially for orders within the EU, where buyers are protected under consumer rights regulations. To initiate a return, go to your Etsy account, find your order under “Purchases,” and contact the seller. If the return is accepted, they’ll provide the return instructions. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after the item is received.

How to apply an Etsy coupon code:

The first step is to browse the Etsy marketplace and add everything you want to purchase to your shopping cart. Choose your favorite items, then, when you’re done shopping, click the “Cart” icon located at the top right of your screen to review the list of products you’ve selected. If you’re ready to complete your order, locate the “Apply coupon code” field—enter your promo code there, click apply, and make sure the discount has been successfully applied before proceeding to payment.

Your Guide to Etsy Discounts & Deals

Why isn’t my ETSY discount code working?

If your code is not working, there are a few possible reasons: the code has expired as many discounts are only valid for a few days, the offer only applies to certain products or minimum amounts or it’s possible that you entered the code incorrectly (check uppercase/lowercase letters or spaces). Please check the terms of the code and, if it looks okay but still doesn’t work, write to the seller directly. Many are happy to help.

How can I get a discount code for a specific ETSY shop?

Many shops offer special codes if you subscribe to their newsletter, follow them on social media, or send them a polite message asking if they have any active promotions. Some sellers also automatically offer discounts to repeat buyers or those who add products to their cart but don’t complete the order right away.

Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?

Unfortunately, no. Etsy only allows you to apply one discount code per order. So if you have multiple, choose the one that gives you the most savings.

Do ETSY discount codes apply to shipping?

It depends on the seller. Some codes offer discounts on products only, while others may include free shipping. If the code doesn’t specify this, it’s best to ask directly in the store’s message section.

Are there general Etsy codes or just from individual sellers?

Etsy itself rarely offers general codes for the entire platform. Most discounts come from individual sellers. Each store decides its own promotions. So it’s a good idea to check each product or store page for active offers.
